  • What are your shipping policies? Savor Spice Co. ships via USPS Priority 2-Day mail. Our products are made-to-order and ship out approximately 7 - 10 days from the purchase date. Tracking information will be provided at time of shipment. All shipments are insured up to $100 unless otherwise noted or requested. We understand that USPS shipping is a bit slow, please watch your tracking closely, give your package time to arrive, and if you should have any concerns we will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used). Claims cannot be submitted until the product is delivered or returned. Savor Spice Co. does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
  • How should I store my products? Properly dried and stored produce lasts for up to a year. However we advise all products used within 6 months of purchase date as the intensity of flavor will diminish over time. Products should be stored in refrigerator to ensure maximum freshness, especially items containing fresh herbs or fruit. Our spices do not contain preservatives or stabilizers, caking is normal. PLEASE REFRIGERATE SYRUPS UPON ARRIVAL AND STORE UP TO 1 MONTH.
  • The items I want are only offered in a bundle. Why is that? In order to keep shipping prices reasonable we have opted to package most of our items in bundles. This ensures that you are not paying more for shipping and packaging than the actual product. Leave us a message in the seller's box and we can accommodate most substitutions. 
  • How are the products made? Our small batch products are 100% natural, plant based, made with fresh seasonal produce that you can see and quality oils. Vegan friendly, dairy and gluten free. Every item in our marketplace is hand blended in a sanitary kitchen space adhering to Nevada Food Safety Laws and Regulations. We dry and grind every herb and seed by hand. 
  • Do your products contain MSG, artificial ingredients or preservatives? No, however, some of our products contain kosher salt which is a natural preserver. See individual product descriptions for more information.
  • Do your products contain salt? Yes, our salted blends are balanced using kosher salt so that you can see the salt which gives you the ability to use them more accurately. See individual product descriptions for more information.
  • Can I adjust my order or swap out spices? We can swap any spices of the same price for value. For example, if you purchase a Savor Bundle and wish to swap the Garlic + Herb Salt for a Spicy Garlic + Herb Salt please leave us a note in the comment box during checkout. If you have already checked out please submit a form below with your Order Number and desired spice replacement. 
  • How are the products packaged? Our spices and oils are packaged in food grade plastics or glass using a pressure sealed liner. We use recycled cardboard and compostable filler for our boxes (your packing peanuts melt in water). 
    • Do you offer delivery or pick up service? Yes, we offer pick up and deliver across the Las Vegas Valley. You can choose "local pickup" at checkout or email sales@savorspiceco.com to place a pick up or delivery order. 
    • How is my payment processed? All credit card information is processed securely by Shopify Payments. Savor Spice Co. does not store⁠ [and cannot access⁠] your credit card information. In addition to all major credit cards, we also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We use two-factor authentication to enhance the security of every transaction no matter the total.
    • What should I do if I have an issue with my order or entered the wrong information at checkout? If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us at info@savorspiceco.com.     • What is your return policy? We are not accepting returns at this time. Please email us at info@savorspiceco.com for store credit or to resolve any issues that may arise.
